We offer consulting sessions for all new clients. The areas we will cover are your sleep habits, stress level and stress triggers, habitual patterns of thoughts and behaviors, level of physical activity, level of physical and emotional pain, as well as your intentions or goals for yourself.

Together, we’ll design a plan of action to help optimize your health and well-being, through awareness, mindfulness, and restorative practices to help you balance your daily activities with ease. For your protection, all meetings are held virtually via Zoom Video Conferencing.
